Nyles R. Gentz
President
Since 1980, Nyles has been helping individuals and families make better investment and insurance decisions that assist with the financial growth and preservation of their retirement savings.
As Founder of Gentz Financial, Nyles is committed to helping Minnesotans with their retirement income planning. He strives to build lifelong relationships with clients by asking questions and truly listening so he can understand each unique, individual situation.
Nyles is a popular and prominent public speaker. His informative seminars and insurance sales presentations have shown hundreds of area residents how to avoid unnecessary taxes on Social Security and IRAs/401(k)s, as well as how to preserve their retirement savings, Nyles also hosts a weekly retirement-focused radio show in the St. Cloud area on KNSI 99.3 FM, “Planning for lifetime income with Gentz Financial Services.”
He is a member of The Better Business Bureau. Nyles has been involved in many organizations, including past Head Elder at St. John's Lutheran Church in Buffalo, past President and board member of Let's Go Fishing with Seniors Buffalo Chapter, and past board member of the Buffalo Hospital Foundation.
Nyles and his wife, Helane, are long-time residents of Buffalo and live on a hobby farm near Buffalo Lake. They have four children and eight grandchildren. In his free time, Nyles enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, collecting John Deere memorabilia, and any other activity that allows him to spend more time with his family.

Denise Hermosillo
Director of Client Services
Denise started with Gentz Financial in 2006 as the Director of Client Services. Prior to coming to Gentz Financial, Denise served for 12 years in the United States Army, including two tours to Kuwait and one to Iraq. She wears many hats here at Gentz Financial and her experience serving in the United States Army along with her degree in business administration lend themselves to her day-to-day interactions with clients.
From the moment you call our offices to years after becoming part of the Gentz Financial family, Denise is there to make sure you are comfortable. She believes helping our clients is one of the most rewarding experiences. Our Clients have placed their trust with us and that means she will continue to excel at what she does.
Denise also serves as the Executive Assistant to Nyles R. Gentz, President of Gentz Financial. She facilitates his schedule to allow him to focus his time on helping our clients. Denise enjoys her job and makes sure that the clients are top priority.
Denise lives in Buffalo with her 3 children. She enjoys working on home projects, especially in the summer. She enjoys going for walks, swimming, and spending time at the lake in the summer with her children and family.

Roger Strege, CES (TM)

Roger Strege, CES™
Roger is passionate about helping others---especially those who are most vulnerable---prepare for retirement. He helps individuals make prudent financial decisions to assist in the accumulation and preservation of their retirement assets. Roger skillfully analyzes clients' information and prepares plans suited to meet each clients' individual needs.
Roger focuses on assisting persons with disabilities and their families in identifying and resolving their unique life and estate planning issues. He helps them protect their government benefits, avoid family conflict, manage their family funds, and reduce professional costs.
He is an active volunteer in the community. Roger is the founder of Autism Allies, a nonprofit dedicated to serving children and families with autism. He has served on the Board of Directors for ARC United, a nonprofit helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has held several leadership positions at his church, including Vice President, Evangelism Chairman, Head Elder and Church Council member.
Roger lives in Buffalo. He has two adult children; his youngest daughter has autism. In his free time, Roger enjoys hiking, biking, travelling with his family, riding motorcycle, attending Minnesota Twins games and collecting baseball and music memorabilia.
Nyles W. Gentz

Nyles Jr. is likely the person you will meet with at your first visit to one of our offices. He has been working in the insurance industry since 2003. During that time, he also owned and operated a successful landscaping company, always returning to insurance during the winter months. His desire to help retirees protect their lifestyle brought him to Gentz Financial full time, year round in 2009.
During your time with Nyles Jr., it is all about you and gathering your information. He makes each client meeting top priority, and you can feel that when you meet with him. He cares about the information you are sharing with him, this is your first step on your way to becoming part of the Gentz Financial Family.
Nyles Jr. wears multiple hats here at Gentz Financial, from first meetings to coordinating all that goes into hosting successful educational events, he works hard to assist the Advisors as they work with clients to help see their retirement plans fit in line with their hopes and dreams.
Nyles Jr., and his wife, Melissa, and their four children live on a hobby farm near Milaca. He enjoys spending time with his family and together they take care of their chickens and pets. His dog, Zeus, an ivory British Lab, makes sure to keep him on his toes during their morning training sessions. When they are not spending time up at the ballfields they enjoy camping as much as they can.

Kevin Bright
Financial Advisor
Kevin joined Gentz Financial in January of 2022. He grew up in Lakeville, Minnesota, where he was heavily involved in both wrestling and football. After graduating high school, Kevin attended Minnesota State University-Mankato, where he earned a bachelor’s in corporate Finance with an accounting minor.
A year after working in the wholesale lumber industry, Kevin realized his passion was to assist individuals and families with planning for their futures. Kevin began his career in the financial services industry at Allianz Life in 2016, wholesaling fixed indexed annuities. Kevin quickly moved from taking inbound calls to managing some of the top advisor relationships in the industry. This position provided him the opportunity to work closely with Nyles Gentz and Gentz Financial Services.
Kevin is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism while working with the individuals and families Gentz Financial serves.
Kevin and his fiancé, Brianna, purchased a home in Monticello, Minnesota in 2019. They look forward to planting their roots and growing within the central Minnesotan communities. In Kevin’s free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Monica M. Schreiber
Licensed Insurance Professional
Monica joined Gentz Financial in 2019. She carries a strong business work ethic, as well as a very well-seasoned business and marketing career which has complimented the Gentz Financial Team well.
Monica’s 30+ years of expansive and diverse employment history in the financial industry is what our customers will appreciate when they meet her. To elaborate, Monica’s diversity has ranged from the Banking, Mortgage & Title Industry along with owning her own company previously. Currently she is part owner as well, with her Husband and Brother-in-law at Breezy Acres Farms.
Monica’s past involvement with non-profit organizations has included working closely with the March of Dimes in memory of her twin Daughters who passed away prematurely, Hope & Holly Schreiber. Becoming a religion teacher and teaching for 13 years, Monica states, was one of the biggest gifts she felt she could give of herself.
Monica loves to be involved in every aspect when it pertains to contributing toward helping others. She lives in Litchfield with her Husband on their family farm and enjoys spending time with their two Daughters. Together they enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, hockey and music.

Natalie H. Lee
Brand Director
Natalie started working with Gentz Financial in 1998. She has a passion for helping retirees by assisting Nyles as he helps clients plan for their retirement and pursue their goals with proper planning. In 2002 she joined the home office of one of the world's largest insurance companies. She was there just shy of seven years before returning to Gentz Financial in early 2009. During her time spent there she worked with other financial representatives across the country, helping their clients plan for retirement. From that experience, she brings insight that helps retirees with insurance products.
When you listen to one of our radio shows, that is the production work of Natalie. She works hard to keep the shows informative and something both Nyles and their radio host, Bob Hughes, will enjoy discussing as they bring the information to the public.
Natalie lives in Hanover with her husband, Matt, and their three children. She is involved in the PTO at the elementary school as the PTO President, serves on the Parent Advisory Council at the middle school and stays active with her church family. Natalie enjoys seeing the world through her children's eyes and exploring the world as a family. Anything getting their busy family outdoors having fun is her favorite activity!
